It has just been announced that Descartes has acquired Kontainers.
The press release gives the obvious reasons, but I know that the two founders, Graham and Charlie, set out to change the industry, and I honestly don’t think there is a better place for Kontainers at this stage of its journey. Descartes has a complementary skill set and a global presence that will support the existing customers, such as CEVA and Toll Group, as well as allow Kontainers to continue to grow.
